Deepa Deshmukh, MPH, RD, BC-ADM, CDE has a unique background that includes training in food science and nutrition. Her clinical expertise as a dietitian and a diabetes educator will help you deal with the clinical aspect of diabetes, weight management, multiple food allergies, Celiac disease, IBS, infertility, metabolic syndrome, and PCOS. She also provides insulin pump training and Diabetes Self Management Education for those coping with diabetes.

She will not only tell you “why” you need to change your eating habits but “how” to change them. Her recommendations are based on the principles of the ancient “Ayurvedic System of Medicine” where the focus is on healing and nourishing the body and mind by eating natural and wholesome foods. Her passion for wholesome food is evident by her ability to create recipes using in-season, natural ethnic ingredients that fit into one’s daily plan. She uniquely blends eastern and western principles of nutrition to achieve optimal health.

Deepa is board certified in advanced diabetes management and has certification in adult weight management. She is a registered dietitian and is licensed in the state of IL. She is also a well-known speaker. Her most recent speaking engagements include the gluten-free expo in Oakbrook and the joint meetings of Chicago Nutrition Association and Kendall College in Chicago. She speaks regularly at the Whole Foods store’s food allergy support groups. She is frequently quoted in local newspapers and magazines and was most recently quoted by Naperville Family Magazine and WGN TV.

Victoria Rosenfeld, RD, CSSD, LDN offers extensive wellness, outpatient and teaching experience and has a special interest in sports nutrition. She completed her bachelor's degree at Colorado State University and supervised practice at Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital in Maywood, IL. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and a member of SCAN- Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition. Victoria is currently serving as the sport dietitian for Princeton University and continues to provide sports nutrition consulting services for DuPage Dietitians.

Kimberly A. Berger, MS, RD, LDN is a registered and licensed dietitian and nutritional therapist. Her work includes specialized nutrition services for eating disorders, diabetes, cardiac disease, cancer, weight normalization, food allergies, vegetarianism and healthy eating. Her areas of interest include individual and group therapy and public speaking. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and a member of Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition. She is also a founding board member of IAEDP and has published numerous articles on nutrition and eating disorders.
