Instead of relying on estimations, measuring resting metabolic rate is the most accurate way for us to determine our clients daily needs for weight management, weight maintenance, or for sports performance. Using the BodyGem RMR tool allows us to obtain this measurement right in our office and takes as little as 10 minutes to complete.
